AS3000 troubleshooting front panel red LED

Here is the procedure to log in the motherboard admin page (please use with caution) :

1) Plug another Computer to the AS3000 LAN slot 3 at back of the system through Ethernet.

2) The AS3000 IPMI default address should be set to 10.1.1.20*, therefore you need to setup the network adapter of your Computer with an IP address that will enable communication, for example let's use 10.1.1.21.

3) Open a Browser from you Computer, like Internet Explorer, type the AS3000 IPMI address 10.1.1.20 in the address bar, then Enter.

4) Login with the following credentials :
username : root
password : superuser

>> You should now get access to the following page. In this example you can see that there is a FAN causing problem (FAN2A).

* SIDE NOTE : changing the AS3000 IPMI address :

While the IPMI default address should be set to 10.1.1.20, here is the way to change it.
Reboot the AS3000, at bootup messages type <DEL> to enter Bios Setup.
17.7. Set Advanced → IPMI Configuration →
17.7.2. LAN Configuration → IP Address →
17.7.2.1. Set IP Address Source to 1 Enter (this may take a few seconds to refresh)
17.7.2.2. Set IP Address to 010.001.001.020
17.7.3. LAN Configuration → Subnet Mask →
17.7.3.1. Set Subnet Mask to 255.255.255.0
