| FPGA UPDATE FAILED: ERROR UNKNOWN, VALUE 1062 When upgrading from 1.8.X to 1.8.8 or later, you may encounter this error when the FPGA hasn’t upgraded along with the Airspeed application, or it was done incorrectly. |
Have the customer do the following:
--Open the Airspeed Monitor app and disable all the applications. This will close the AMS application and Transfer Engine.
--Have them enable the FPGA Update App. This will run through a cycle, opening a "FPGA UPDATE APP cmd window. See if it works through the error.
If this fails, do the following:
--Run the hardware diagnostics several times and gather those logs from the DIAG_LOG_FILES.

--Finally, us the Airspeed Log Collect tool and gather ETW logs after having done the FPGA update previously, this will contain information about the error.
