To add more seats to an existing site license, you must provide the System ID/Activation ID (Sibelius 7 or later) of the existing site license. To get confirmation of your existing licences, please complete this form. In this circumstance, do not order a media kit: instead, as shown above, order the appropriate type of license (quantity 1), and order the required number of seats (quantity as appropriate).
If you have a multiseat license of Sibelius 7 and have a multiseat serial number (starting SCEW, SCEM, SCMM, SCEG) or Activation ID (starting with SBAA or SWAA) and wish to buy extra copies but don't want to upgrade to Sibelius 7.5 yet, you need to order the number of seats you would like with one of the following part numbers:

IMPORTANT: make sure you include your existing serial number or Activation ID on the order so the new seats can be added to your license. Please note, extra seats of Sibelius 6 and earlier are no longer available.
It is possible to consolidate several existing licenses, either single-user or site licenses, into a single site license. You must be able to provide the serial numbers of the copies that are to be consolidated into a site license along with your order. If you do not have a record of your serial numbers, please complete this form.
To upgrade an existing site license, you must provide the name and address of the institution where the site license is installed, and the serial number or activation ID of the existing site license. There are two types of upgrades: From Sibelius 7 to 7.5 and Legacy - from Sibelius 6 and earlier to 7.5. You must upgrade all seats of an existing site license when purchasing an upgrade.

Complete this form to check how many licences your school owns. We often find that schools have stray licences to their name that they are unaware of, which can be consolidated and upgraded at the lower price than purchasing a new copy. The best way to avoid over payment is to check with us as to which licences you have.
