Important information about your Avid Support Center (portal) access
On June 16th, the Avid Support Center (portal) will be integrated into the Avid Master Account on avid.com.
We are making this change based on customer feedback and will provide our customers with a better, more streamlined login process.

How will I access my Avid Support Center after Sunday, June 16th?
On June 16th, the Avid Support Center (portal) will be integrated into the Avid Master Account on avid.com.  We are making this change based on customer feedback and will provide our customers with a better, more streamlined login process.
 
What this change means to you:

  • You will only need a single login to submit, manage and review cases
  • With this same login you will have the ability to access the most commonly used account applications and profile settings
  • Options to have expanded multi-site access

This is the first step as Avid transitions from the Avid Support Center to an Enhanced Support Community.  

As part of this change, you will need to create an Avid Master Account using the same email you have used to login and manage your cases in the past.  

This will allow us to automatically bring all case history and other information into your new Master Account.

Once your master account has been created, access to the Avid Support Center will be linked from within the master account shown here:

If you are having trouble creating or linking accounts please call the main support line at 1-800-800 - AVID (2843)

*Please note you must have an active support contract to access the Avid Support Center. Please have your System ID ready when calling.
