IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE LATEST VERSION OF EUCON SOFTWARE.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ProTools 11 with EUCON v3 is not currently compatible with S5-Hybrid.
At this time, PT11 is only compatible with S5-MC & MCPro.
S5-Hybrid customers can use EUCON 2.7 to control ProTools 10.3.6 or later (available as a co-install with ProTools 11).

This software is for the MCPro or S5MC
Not for Artist Series products (Control, Mix, Transport, or Color)

Avid DX Video hardware not found with co-install of Pro Tools 11.1 and Media Composer 7.0.2 or lower

If Pro Tools 11.1 and the Avid Video DX driver that supports Pro Tools 11 is co-installed with Media Composer 7.0.2 or lower the DX hardware will not work with Pro Tools 11.1. The dialog, "This build of the App requires a different Avid DX driver than you have installed" is presented with an Update button. Pressing the Update button does not resolve the issue.

Media Composer version 6.5.4 and below and Media Composer version 7.0.2 and below is not supported for co-install when Avid Mojo or Nitris DX is attached. Pro Tools 11.1.0 contains a DX driver update that is not compatible with these releases. This issue is resolved with updates to the Media Composer application.

It is not possible to delete a video file after closing a Pro Tools session

If a video file is deleted with Pro Tools still open the following error may occur, "The operation cannot be completed because the file is still in use".

With Pro Tools 11.1 while deleting a video file Pro Tools may need to be quit.

Media Composer Video Satellite cannot be enabled when Pro Tools is co-installed on the same computer

When Media Composer and Pro Tools are co-installed on the same computer, that system cannot be used as a Video Satellite. To use the computer as a Video Satellite, uninstall Pro Tools and re-install Media Composer.

Pro Tools Satellite systems display Network Clock error after changing HW Buffer size

Pro Tools may display a Network Clock error after changing the HW Buffer size and issuing play commands.

This issue is now fixed and does not occur in Pro Tools 11.1.

In Pro Tools 11.0.3 and earlier the only way to resolve this was to restart all Pro Tools computers for the Network Clock to lock again. Note: pressing "Control + Option + Command" on the keyboard and clicking on the Satellite Link button in the Pro Tools UI would not reset the Network Clock properly.

Multi-channel interleaved audio files may spot to Pro Tools timeline out of order

In some cases spotting, importing or dragging multi-channel audio files to the Pro Tools timeline may cause the audio to import out of sync. This has been reported to occur with audio files exported from applications such as Soundminer.

This issue has been resolved in Pro Tools 11.1.

Pro Tools may quit unexpectedly when moving clips out of the session length bounds

Clips that are moved outside of the session bounds may cause Pro Tools to quit unexpectedly.

To avoid this, adjust the Session Length setting (in the Session Setup window in Pro Tools 11.1) before moving clips beyond the session length specified.
