Interplay Assist cannot connect to MI Media Indexer

Hint: if there is already a working Interplay Assist or Editor, open its Workgroup Properties and take snapshots of its Workgroup Name (located on Main Tab).  Make sure this is entered in exactly the same on the non-working Assist
 
  1. Once set, in Interplay Administrator click Service Configuration (at bottom)
  2. Type in exact same workgroup name (case sensitive).  Hit SelectUser-added image
