Xtore Storage Support for Avid Professional Editing Products
The following products are Avid qualified storage options from Xtore:
- Xtore StudioRAID 16Re
- 16-bay Rack Mount RAID system with integrated RAID controller
- Xtore StudioRAID 5Te
- 5-bay Desktop RAID system with integrated RAID controller
- Xtore StudioRAID 5Ti*
- 5-bay Desktop RAID system with bundled Host RAID controller
The StudioSTOR 5T JBODs are NOT qualified/supported by Avid.
*Not sold by Avid. Avid can not replace any hardware, and does not have the ability to develop drivers/firmware for the 5Ti.
Please note that Avid Customer Support will assist with issues related to Xtore products to the best of their ability. Complex issues may require additional assistance from Xtore directly. StudioRAID systems bought directly through Avid are eligible for replacement parts (dependent on warranty status.) Replacement parts for any Xtore product not purchased from Avid must be sourced through a reseller or Xtore directly.
StudioRAIDs require their own Avid Support Contract in order to contact Avid Customer Support.
