[Pending Validation] Hardware outputs appear instead of bus inputs when assigning inputs to tracks on D Command D-Control (new to Pro Tools HD 8.1 and higher)
Why do my hardware outputs appear instead of bus inputs when assigning inputs to tracks on D Command & D-Control?
This is a known issue with Pro Tools HD 8.1 (and higher), the reference number for this is PTSW-141040.
The workaround is to scroll past the list of hardware outputs on the console, the bus inputs will eventually appear.
