In-App Plug-In Marketplace Troubleshooting

If there is any failure of a download or installation of a plug-in purchased in Pro Tools you can always download and install the software you purchased in the following ways:

Avid Account

  1. Login to account.avid.com
  2. Click on My Products and Subscriptions
  3. Find and click on the plug-in you purchased
  4. Click “Show” next to Product Details and Download Links
  5. Download and run the appropriate installer
Application Manager
  1. Open the Avid Application Manager
  2. Click the drop down menu in the top right corner
  3. Click Refresh Apps
  4. Find the plug-in you purchased in the Plug-Ins list of the Apps tab
  5. Click Download and wait for the software to download
  6. Click Install
