Symptoms
When capturing DVCPRO HD via FireWire and opening Log and Capture, or during Batch Capture, you may find that Final Cut Pro stops responding
Resolution
To address this issue, Choose View > Audio Playback > Built-in Output prior to opening Log & Capture when capturing DVCPRO HD via FireWire. This will change Final Cut Pro audio output to the internal speakers.
